The companies now operate under Vessel Vanguard, LLC. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The merger combines Vessel Vanguard’s maintenance scheduling, service records, inventory and asset management capabilities with SeaLogs’ digital logbooks, voyage records, compliance tools and crew management. Existing services remain fully supported while the expanded, integrated Vessel Vanguard platform is prepared for release.
