Industry veteran brings more than three decades of PEO and insurance expertise to expand risk management and property and casualty offerings

Robinson as Executive Vice President of Property and Casualty. In this role, Robinson will lead the strategy, development, and expansion of property and casualty offerings.

Robinson brings more than three decades of experience across the professional employer organization (PEO) and insurance industries. Her expertise spans workers’ compensation, liability, cyber, and specialty insurance programs, with a track record of developing strategic risk transfer solutions that strengthen client relationships, support sustainable growth, and create long-term value. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with PEOs, carriers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders to address evolving risks and changing market conditions.

Prior to joining Vensure, Robinson served as Area President of Gallagher’s PEO & Staffing Practice Group. Her role at Gallagher followed a 24-year tenure with Risk Transfer Insurance Agency, where she rose to President and helped establish the firm as a leading provider of specialized insurance and risk management solutions for the PEO and staffing industries. Risk Transfer was acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in 2022, bringing its deep PEO expertise into Gallagher’s broader property and casualty business.

Robinson began her career in the PEO industry in 1991 and has since built experience across the wholesale, retail, and program sides of the insurance business. Her career has given her a comprehensive perspective on developing insurance and risk transfer strategies that help organizations manage complex risks while supporting long-term business objectives.

Robinson has also served on the board of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and contributed to industry initiatives addressing emerging risks, including cybersecurity.
