He has been certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology since 1996 and completed a fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas after his residency at UMDNJ/New Jersey Medical College. He earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University, a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.

He is recognized for his work in LASIK, cataract surgery, and refractive lens exchange. Dr. Reisman is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the New Jersey Academy of Ophthalmology. He has been named a “Top Ophthalmologist” and included in the Guide to America’s Top Ophthalmologists.
