Women Leaders Association Names Violetta Diamond as Washington Coaching Partner, Expanding the Chapter’s Coaching Roster

Diamond, based in the Washington metro, brings a path few coaches can match. She began her career as a postal worker in Cleveland and rose through more than 25 years of service across labor, business, faith, and community organizations — including 12 years as Executive Assistant to the National President of the American Postal Workers Union, and service as Secretary-Treasurer, National Arbitration Advocate, and trained arbitrator through the FMCS Institute for Conflict Resolution.
