What Is the Datavault AI Inc. Class Action Lawsuit About?
The Datavault AI class action lawsuit alleges that defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose material information concerning the Company’s business prospects, partnerships, platform activity, and affiliations.

According to the complaint, defendants allegedly failed to disclose that: (i) the economic value to Datavault AI of various corporate partnerships, including those involving Burke, Scilex, and Nature’s Miracle, had been overstated; (ii) trading activity on the Datavault Platform was minimal and had been overstated; (iii) the Company had undisclosed connections with Withrow, a convicted felon, which, when revealed, would cause Datavault AI reputational harm; and (iv) as a result, defendants’ public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.

The complaint further alleges that, on October 31, 2025, Wolfpack Research published a short report asserting that Datavault AI was a “stock promotion” that relied on misleading press releases and unsupported claims concerning artificial intelligence, quantum computing, Web 3.0, and data monetization. The report also questioned activity on the Company’s blockchain marketplace and raised concerns regarding Datavault AI’s leadership and affiliations. Following publication of the report, Datavault AI’s stock price fell $0.49 per share, or 19.44%, to close at $2.03 per share on October 31, 2025.

What Is a Lead Plaintiff?
A lead plaintiff is a representative party who acts on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation. Investors do not need to serve as lead plaintiff in order to share in any potential future recovery.

The deadline for investors to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in the Datavault AI class action lawsuit is October 5, 2026.
