Solovis®, a leading multi-asset-class portfolio management and analytics platform for institutional investors, has named Leonid (Leo) Rozkin Chief Executive Officer. Rozkin stepped into the role on Sept. 21, 2026, succeeding Laurens Albada, who served as Interim Chief Executive Officer.
Institutional asset owners manage more asset classes, more managers, and more data than their reporting systems were built to carry. Solovis gives them trusted, auditable, real-time visibility across public and private markets. Many of the world’s largest investment offices, with more than $20T in AUM/AUA, run on it. The company is now extending that foundation to serve the whole investment office.
“As we have spent more time with Solovis, we have continued to see firsthand how it is a trusted partner to handle some of the most complex situations for its clients,” said Anika Agarwal, Managing Director at Insight Partners. “At Insight Partners we look to partner with CEOs and management teams passionate about taking platforms to drive strong, high-quality growth through continued product innovation and improved services that today can be enhanced with modern AI best practices. When we met Leo, we realized he was a strong partner to help Solovis achieve its potential in serving the evolving needs of asset owners.”
“Nine months ago, Solovis set out to rebuild how the platform and the company work, with AI at the center of both,” said Mark Friedman, Chairman of the Solovis Board. “The foundation is built, and in the coming months we will begin unveiling the new Solovis. Leo has led this kind of transformation before, and he has sat on the investor side of the table. We believe he is a strong leader to take Solovis through the next phase.”
Rozkin joins Solovis from Francisco Partners, where he served as an advisor and executive in residence. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of OrderMyGear, where he scaled the business roughly fourfold and drove its adoption of AI across the product and the business. Earlier in his career he spent seven years at Francisco Partners as an associate and vice president, and he began his career as an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan.
Across 16 years in software, alongside a background in financial services, Rozkin has worked with founders, investors and boards to align strategy, sharpen operating structure and build teams and processes that endure as a business grows.
“In an investment office and at our company, the hardest questions, what we call ‘audacious asks,’ can take weeks to answer, so they rarely get asked,” said Rozkin. “Creating the one place with Solovis where our clients can ask any audacious question and trust every answer is what excited me about joining.”
Rozkin continued, “Many of the largest investment offices in the world trust Solovis with their most complex situations. We have reignited Solovis with new investors, new leadership, and a renewed commitment to intimate client service, with AI-native technology in every product and process. Reignitions like this can create short-term friction, and we owe our clients candor about that. We have begun seeing results, and we are confident those will compound. We are working to bring an audaciously reimagined product and service experience, velocity, and ability to have any audacious question, any time answered audaciously fast. Clients who have seen the platform in beta have told us it simply ‘blows their minds.’ I’m thrilled to be joining at this moment, and we look forward to sharing more in the coming months.”
