Resellers describe the agent they need in plain language, and Studio assembles it on their own AI providers, model keys and data, then delivers it to their clients under their brand.

AgentCX Labs is an orchestration layer, not another AI vendor. Agencies and BPOs bring their own voice, SMS and WhatsApp agents from providers such as NLPearl, Retell, Vapi and ElevenLabs, connect their own LLM accounts, and run everything from one white-labeled platform. Agent Builder Studio extends that model from connecting agents to building them.

– Deploy it to a client. Assign the agent to a client subaccount with the agency’s branding. The client sees every task and outcome in their own portal.

Built on infrastructure the agency owns

– Bring your own LLM. Connect existing accounts with Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or Mistral. Costs and rate limits stay on the agency’s accounts.
– Bring your own voice and messaging agents. Phone, SMS and WhatsApp agents from NLPearl, Retell, Vapi and ElevenLabs run side by side in the same branded dashboard.
– Your knowledge, your database. Vectors and knowledge bases live in Supabase or Pinecone accounts the agency controls.
– White-label everything. Custom domains, client subaccounts, per client module control, and the agency’s own Stripe billing. End clients never see AgentCX Labs.

First agent type available to every customer

The first agent built in Studio, a white-labeled Web Chat Agent, is live today for all AgentCX Labs customers. Resellers set the greeting, colors, logo and knowledge base, serve the widget from their own subdomain with one CNAME record, and install it on any client website with a single script tag. Human handoff, an optional webhook to the reseller’s CRM, and lead capture are built in. The Founding Beta is now focused on CRM agents, email support agents, document processing agents, research and enrichment agents, and Slack co-workers.

Agent Builder Studio is open as an invite-only Founding Beta. First cohorts onboard from the AgentCX Labs customer base, and launch pricing is locked for founding members.
