Comcast has completed an expansion project that brings Xfinity and Comcast Business services to more than 2,300 previously unserved rural homes and businesses across five Eastern Ohio counties. With support from BroadbandOhio, the expansion of the reliable, fiber-powered network offers residents and business owners high-speed Internet solutions that enhance the way they live, learn, work and connect today – a milestone in Comcast’s continued investment to connect communities that have historically faced limited connectivity options.

The completed project connects communities across Belmont, Columbiana, Harrison, Jefferson and Mahoning counties – now joining more than 65 million homes and businesses nationwide with access to Xfinity and Comcast Business. Xfinity brings Internet, mobile, entertainment, and smart home services into one simple solution that gives customers more speed, savings, and control over their connected lives.
